The lighting is very well connected, and the environment is excellent. The people here are very friendly, and there are many temples, all of which are very beautiful.

Padmavati Nagar has a lot of pollution. The houses are not sturdy, and the drainage system is inadequate. The weather conditions are poor, and the pollution levels are really high.

The shopping mall, hospitals and banks railway station are near by. School college available Grocery shops , super market easily available

Power cuts is the huge problem over here Road are block during rainy season Frequently Water storage Poor road conditions

I Like The Weather in This Society And the Security Department Also I like Goods school nearby And no power Cuts And the Is clean/hygienic

I dislike Because of Auto / Cab Availablity And To Much Water Shortage Lack of Street Lights and no Metro connectivity Parking issue

A very developed area and well maintained societies, all facilities are nearby like Mall, Kindergarten, International schools and Hospitals etc.

The roads have many potholes and very dusty air. There is no water shortage but a tanker water. VVMC water only available in few areas

Virar West provides a peaceful and green environment in contrast to the bustling city life. Virar is famous for Jivdani Temple, Arnala Fort, and Arnala Beach in the northern coastal area to the west.

There is a shortage of parking facilities, and the water is not pure enough for drinking. There are also issues with the roads, making it difficult to walk and drive vehicles. The city lacks proper infrastructure, water supply, and transportation options, which makes it less developed, especially in the Virar area of Mumbai. Additionally, over 90% of residences in Virar are priced at around Rs 50 lakh or higher.

The pharmacy, General Stores are within 2 minutes from Vishnu Darpan CHS, Virar west. The Railway station and the bus stand is at walkable distance (takes about 7 minutes). There are 2-3 doctor clinics and banks. The main vegetable market is 5 minutes away (by walk). It is safe to get out at night. DMART ready is also 5 minutes away from the locality. There is a rickshaw stand at the end of the road and private transports such as ola, uber are easily available at the location. The school is at 2 minute walkable distance.

There is no parking space. There is no good hospital nearby. The water floods on the streets during rains and blocks the road. There are power cuts sometimes but increase during summers and major water shortage issue during summer season. There is no security guard for the building.

There is good transport in our area. There is availability of auto, cab etc. There is no traffic jam in our area. There is also metro connectivity in our area. There is well created road. There is also school near our home. Market is also near our area. There is ample space for parking. There is good service of electricity in our area. There is safe in night in our area. There is low pollution in our area.

There is water storage in our area in rainy season. There is well maintained park in area but far from home. There is also no occasionally patrolling in our area. There are good hospital in our area but far from home. everything in area is but shops are in main market not near by.

School, Colleges, Banks and departmental stores are within 10 mins. Social jonts as MCD, Dominos, Pizza Hut available for social meets. Ola Uber is quickly available. Shared Autos available for travel. Low pollution due to no traffic problems. Well cultured people and society. Railway station is nearby and well maintained. Auto connectivity with major areas really well.

Not very frequent but few power cuts during monsoons.. water logging in some areas during monsoons. Police patrolling at night could be increased to address safety concerns. Non-availability of shopping malls and multiplex movie theatres restricting entertainment options. Hospitals can be increased to provide more facilities. Water shortages can be a concern sometimes during summers. Electricity facilities can be improved for continuous uninterrupted supply.

A very calm place to live and secured place to live in.Grocery store and other stores available easily.enough place for a stroll and parking. Virar has big bazaar, dmart and other things also easily available. Currently area near virat nagar has very good developmentdeveloping projects

Virar station is far as well as very crowded. Auto connectivity is difficult as virat nagar is far from the station. Situation is bad during monsoon due to not proper drainage system and roads are fully logged by water.On the inner side Street lights are improper. There is an issue of dogs. People have complained alot about dogs.No hospital or emergency services nearby.

Environment is good, people from all cultures stay here, market at walkable distance, markets like big bazaar and D-mart is there, yazoo park is there, beaches are there at 9-10km distance, many restaurants are there clubs are there for party, football club and cricket club is there, swimming pool is there, hospital is just 2km away, all the facilities are there that make day to day life easier

Some of the internal roads have small potholes, on fridays we face power cut for an hour, water quality is not good and BMC water is not fully available, Rikshaws dont run on meter they charge according to their calculations,daily travelling in local train is required for those who work in mumbai.
