The distance from Central Mumbai makes commuting a significant challenge, especially during peak hours. Train services are often crowded, and the journey can be time-consuming, adding stress to the daily routine. Although Virar is developing, its infrastructure still has room for improvement; the roads are often in poor condition, which can be problematic.

There are good parking space and the market are also near by in this area their are garder is also available the water supply is also good

There are no hospital very close but there are lots of clinics and medical shops are near more as this was very crowded area

The lighting is very well connected, and the environment is excellent. The people here are very friendly, and there are many temples, all of which are very beautiful.

Padmavati Nagar has a lot of pollution. The houses are not sturdy, and the drainage system is inadequate. The weather conditions are poor, and the pollution levels are really high.

The shopping mall, hospitals and banks railway station are near by. School college available Grocery shops , super market easily available

Power cuts is the huge problem over here Road are block during rainy season Frequently Water storage Poor road conditions

I dislike Because of Auto / Cab Availablity And To Much Water Shortage Lack of Street Lights and no Metro connectivity Parking issue

roads are proper and there are so many street lights on the roadside . The parks are large and nearby at walkable distance . These parks are clean and well maintained . The grocery shops , swimming pools , restaurants , hotel , street foods are easily available in this area .

The police patrolling is very less and the parking space in this locality is very less . The quality of water is good but there is more water shortage during rainy season . The power cut is more during rain fall and there is more traffic jams in this area during peak hours .

A very developed area and well maintained societies, all facilities are nearby like Mall, Kindergarten, International schools and Hospitals etc.

The roads have many potholes and very dusty air. There is no water shortage but a tanker water. VVMC water only available in few areas

Virar West provides a peaceful and green environment in contrast to the bustling city life. There is a shortage of parking facilities, and the water is not pure enough for drinking. There are also issues with the roads, making it difficult to walk and drive vehicles. The city lacks proper infrastructure, water supply, and transportation options, which makes it less developed, especially in the Virar area of Mumbai. Additionally, over 90% of residences in Virar are priced at around Rs 50 lakh or higher.

It was good living there. I felt so relaxed when I shifted here. There are a lot of facilities: the hospital is very near, there are parks, restaurants, etc. We can easily order food at any time. The people there are very friendly. The market is a short distance away and we can easily get there. The school is nearby, and there is also a bank nearby. Easy access to cabs and auto rickshaws is available there. It was a good locality in Mumbai, and there were no power cuts.

There are some negative aspects, too. Traffic jams are the main thing that we can see there. There is also a parking issue. I don't think that it's safe at night. The public is unhygienic. Because of the high vehicle pollution, it's not a nice place. Another thing is that the park facilities are not well maintained. The water facility is also less.

Schools, hospitals, gym, parks all are nearby at walking distance supermarket stores are at walking distance. Auto and cabs are easily available also at late night too. Area is completely safe at late night. Railway station is at 10 min of walking distance. Bank and ATM are located nearby only. Surroundings are neat and clean. Have good internet connectivity. Some of the best Fast food restaurants and dine in restaurants at walkable distance.

Traffic jams at peak hours. Equipments in the parks are not well maintained. Frequent power cut and voltage issues in rainy season. Footpaths are enroached by street vendors. There is not enough parking space. Slides and other playing equipments of childrens in garden are broken. Dust pollution is also an issue due to constructions at nearby places. Lamps in parks are also broken.
