The metro station is quite far from here And while travelling by road, we all can get stuck at traffic signals We have to deal with this inconvenience as there no alternative routes available.

In our locality, we are having the best schools and colleges. Hospitals are many here and they are also having all the emergency services. Electricity will be available 24 hours to our locality. Roads are maintained so well. And good public transport facility is available all the time.

Metro station is very far from here. And while travelling by road, we get struck in one or the other signals,and we need to get adjusted with it as there is no any alternative for this.

Positive Block G is well-connected to other parts of Delhi through various modes of transportation. It is easily accessible via roads and public transport. Conjusted roads with poor condition. Traffic jams are very often. There is lack of street lights in some streets. Vendors cause the road blockage. There is network issues also calls get disconnected while talking to someone. EDMC don't pick up the garbage regularly thus emitting odour. CNG pump always remain overcrowded.

Malls are 20-30 minutes away with motorcycle. Popular Temple like Neelam Mata Mandir is within walking distance. Markets are within walking distance too, around 10 minutes. Shops for electronics, printing shops, clothes, furnitures are nearby too. 2 shopping hotspots (Reliance Fresh and Vishal Mega Mart) are just 5 minutes away. Ola and Uber services are also easily available.

Street lights are Sometimes broken and left as that. There are garbages everywhere, especially outside the Street where I live , which leads to foul smell. Footpaths are broken too. There are constant reporting of thefts. Even I had a theft case in my street. Markets are also not clean.

Excellent place to live because there electricity is all time available without power cut. Grocery shops are nearby within walking distance. Shopping mall, hospitals, banks are within 1.5 km. Private vehicles are also all time available nearby such as sharing autos, uber, ola etc. Bus stop is also within walking distance. Parks are also available in this area with well maintances. Metro is just near from this locality. High profile schools and Government schools are within 3km. Well maintained streets,Roads,house buildings. Parking space is also available.

In my opinion there is no negative points because this locality provides all the facilities to u.. each and everything. Must checkout this locality. Thank you.

If Someone asks me whether they should opt for this society, 9 out of 10 times I would suggest "Yes for sure". Let me explain why: I have been living in this society for now 16-18 years and never ever felt like moving to any other as all the necessary services that one requires are available at ease. From Services I meant Schools, Malls, Hospital, Market, Banks any more things that we might need in our day to day life. Let me elaborate this with their approx. distance so that you can get an idea about it and it might help you in comparing it with other societies as well. *School*: There are Private (Mayur Public School, Bal Bhavan Public School) as well Government (Rajkiya Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya (RSKV)) Schools within 3km range. *Hospital*: There are well known hospital within 2-3km range like in Private there are "Max Hospital, Bimla Devi Hospital" and in Government there is "Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital". *Malls*: There 4-5 Great Malls that you can have a visit, within 3-4km range like PVR EDM Mall, Pacific Mall, Shipra Mall, V3S Mall (Laxmi Nagar) etc. *Banks*: Almost all banks ATMs you can find nearby. Major SBI, HDFC, ICICI had their branch with 1km range. *Grocery *: You can find ample of shops for purchasing your daily groceries items. Major for monthly purchasing we also have Reliance Fresh with 2km range and VMart (1km) for Clothing stuff. Now Speaking about the Security and Safety. From my experience I would say it's a safe place where you can live with your family without having any trouble. Spending 16 long year here I rarely heard of any nuisance. One Good thing about such societies is that the neighbours are generally very good, kind, friendly, helpful. Good Neighbours surely makes life easy. ****Lastly Not Negative but a point one should consider before moving in here. **** If you own four wheelers then there is a possibility that you might not be able to park your vehicle near your house. East Vinod Nagar (Hindi: पूर्वी विनोद नगर) is a residential colony situated adjacent to Mayur Vihar Phase-II, Sanjay Lake Park and Kalyan Vas Janta Flats in East Delhi, India.Divided into two parts East and West Vinod Nagar. It is situated across the Yamuna River, practically minutes away from Connaught Place and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway station. It has its own shopping complexes and surrounding by ATM's. Many more are planned. The colony is situated near by NH 24 across the road from the famous Akshardham Temple. The XIX Commonwealth Games is also very close by. East Vinod Nagar is a relatively recent development of Delhi. It has also thus developed an image as a posh locality, mostly residential. The whole area is divided into Blocks alphabetically named A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, R and J. All Blocks have their own Resident Welfare Association (RWA) which work for the development and upkeep of their area for residents. East Vinod Nagar has acquired a cosmopolitan character over the years. It has a sizeable population of individuals from diverse religious groups and regions of India. It offers rich multi-cultural environment and rich diversity unique in its kind to the people living in the place.

Metro is 10 min away. Have good connectivity and transport facilities. Safe and good environment. Grocery store are at the walking distance. Markets are nearby so we can go to the market easily. There is availability of malls also, we can go for shopping there also.

Roads are not well maintained. There is traffic jam usually. There is lots of pollution. We have waste lots of our time in the traffic jam. Many times there is construction work is going on which causes more pollution.
