I am a former resident of the are since last 20 years. The people living here are good and the environment of the area is good because people of the are is supportive. The roads of the public transport are well maintained and cleaning of the roads is being done by municiplaty timely. Essential items are availible nearby so no one have to go long routs for essential item purchase.

Some of the negative points of the are which need to mention are.. (1) Its not safe for women's to go outside on night - Women safety (2) Power cuts happened any time which is a Big negative point of this area (3) No Online Autocab like uber or ola facility availblie in my are no one came to pick up here (4) No metro conmective available here (5) Water shortages happened some time one have to maintained a water stock at home for drinking.

Likes : Akota is Very Modern & developed area of Vadodara city.it has established infrastructure. Almost every facilities are available. Roads are well maintained. drainage system is good as compared to any other locality in Vadodara.from safety aspects it is a safe place to live. CCTVs are attached nearly every corner and society.people of this area are very kind and helpful. school, Hospital,Malls etc are situated in this locality. Dislike : Main problem is locality has less space of parking so traffic problem occurs during Pick hours. Secondly, Environmental conditions are below average and has less greenery as compared to nearby locality.

A very peaceful Society fast developing with Vadodara Urban Authority (VUDA) taking keen interest in. The area has large and reputed Nilamber Infinity Mall. The Vasant Vihar itself, has Shwetamber Murtipujak Jain Temple and opposite of which is Kashi Math Temple. In the early morning walk one finds Peacocks moving freely around the area. Besides, there is Bright CBSE and ICSE School, Good Quality Multispeciality Hospitals within one km. of the area, plus all the Super Markets and Retail Shops in the vicinity with Autos and Taxis plying throughout the day. What else does one need.

The Thing Which I like about my locality is.... 1)It is safe & secure. there were CCTVs on every corner of the streets. 2) infrastructure is very modern and eye catching. 3) conditions of Roads are Excellent as compared to other locality 4) Govt and private transportation facilities are available. 5) Public Garden is available to hangout during free time which has lots of green trees 😀 6) Various shops and malls are available nearby. 7) There is no problem of powecut , 24×7 electricity available. The thing which i don't like .... It is main heart of city so problem of traffic is occurred during peak hours. There is not Enough parking place available.

The building is recently build so the building itself and the parks are in spotless condition, there is no issue with building. Talking about the commute, the bus stand is at walking distance and cabs and autos are easily available 24/7. Also there is no issue regarding security as in every flat there is automated home security system so there is no fear of theft or any accidental fire or electrical hazard. The malls and grocery shops are also nearby so no issue with that too. The club house has a built-in gym as well as a open gym so for a fitness freak its perfect.

Talking about the negatives is that the building is close to the industrial sector so there is a issue of air pollution as well as noise pollution. Also the maintenance charge is somewhat on the higher scale as compared to the surrounding apartments. Also the cost of living is high as this area is considered to be posh area. Also the parking space is not sufficient, there is always some issue with the parking space as it is not allotted to each flat instead it is just random. And the roads in the township is flawless but the condition of the main road is just substandard, there is always slightly high traffic due to the conditions of the road.

People's are supportive. Everything is available..Like bakery,milk, groceries.. Also there is electronics repairing shop so no need to go too far.... Schools and hospitals are also around 100meters which is good thing Area is growing very fast it provide almost all basic as well as fancy things.

First thing in summer you experience too much electricity cut in multiple times Municipality Water is also too short in summer You have to very choosy for selecting neighborhood Area is very unhygienic...Some people make it very dirty. Poor public transportation availability... Although you find rickshaws but still

Positive: Area is lot greener and quieter than the rest of the city. Well networked roads make connectivity and approach to shops/offices/hospitals/etc very simple. With new residential and commercial projects coming up in this area, it becomes a prime location for investment and stay. Negative: Due to a lot of construction sites, the roads are soiled with debris many a times. Power cuts are quite frequent. A few areas being low line have water logging too during monsoons.

There's a lot of construction work going on in the nearby areas dust pollution is an issue. There are potholes making the place sometimes unhygienic.

Tandalja is one of the safest area to live in Vadodara, Gujarat. The lifestyle here is quite good. People living here are friendly and cooperative. There's a police station nearby. One can feel safe here even at night. Easy access to markets, stationary, pharmacy, etc.

As per my locality , akota is a very posh area in vadodara, All needed equipment for house are just walking distance from my home , all cafe's , hotels , that all type enjoyment are so many available nearly from my home. And if any Emergency comes like medical, then all types multi speciality hospitals are available in my locality. For students, night life is very owsome and safe , and that's all.

Major dislike is the traffic problem and middle class person can hardly survive in the area because its a posh area. These are the only dislikes from my side.

First of all akota area is the very popular area in Vadodara.and if you invest or stay in this area it will always gives you higher resell value.akota area is little bit expensive than other area but it is very convenient and easy to access.all the restaurant and mall are nearby so you can shop whenever you want.

In the akota there are some flows also.in some areas you can see garbage collected on nearby road i have witnessed once i don't weather it was all the day or only on that day.in the akota area you will see traffic also because of many areas connected through these area.
