Park and garden maintenance is poor, metro connectivity is very far away, good school and institution not available for students, trash cleaner worker do not clean the garbage daily, Mall cinema and shopping market is very far away,

The market is within walking distance and the metro station is also nearby The parks are clean and well maintained Power outages are rare in this area It's safe to go out at night due to frequent police patrols and numerous street lights along the roads.

The main issue is the infrequent availability of buses as they are not regularly accessible The roads are in poor condition, with Hot holes and damage The water supply often contains small stones There are very few parks in the area And those that exist are not well maintained or clean.

There is no problem in going out at night due to more police patrolling in this locality and there are so many street lights on the roadside area .

The major problem is about availability of buses . The buses are not frequently available . The roads are not proper . These roads are damaged and have lots of holes in it . The water contains small stones in it . There is very less parks in this locality and these parks are not maintained clean.

Nice and well maintained parks are available in this city. Fee school is very less in this city which I like very much. This city has good public transport and metro connectivity is also nearby. There is less pollution in this city which is good for health. Water is available here all the time. Shops are available nearby to buy clothes, shoes, slippers etc. In this city. There is cinema hall nearby for entertainment. There is no disturbance in this area and roads are daveloped. The place is safe at night and safe for the travelling of ladies. Banks and ATMs are within walking distance.

The rent is very expansive compared to other areas and it can be painful for the pocket. The area also have little problem of elictricity, during rainy seasons elictricity problem is very common here. People throws lot of garbage here and there which can cause us disease like dengue and maleriya. There is lack of street lights and there is no proper police petrolling at night. during festivals season you can find traffic jams. Most of time in this area municipal not come for clean gutter line. The cost of land in this city is very high as compared to other cities.

Here school and college are available nearby and studies there are also very good. The people of this city are very honest and hardworking. The environment has been taken care of very well in this city, trees and plants have been planted at various places. Railway station and bus stand is very close here. This city has a good street lighting system on the roads. I feel like home in this city the people are very nice and helpful. Education facilities are cheap here. Night is safe in this city especially for girls and women. The environment of this city is very nice and dirt free.

Water supply is available here but it is not clean, it is dirty. The price of the goods in this area is very high. Hospital is very far away from here and in emergency situations it is very difficult to reach the hospital. Roads are not kept in good condition. Hotels are no good and hygenic. Housing, food and is also more expansive compared to other areas in the city. Frequent crimes are not reported in this area. Rent is high and finding flats to live is so difficult. Many times Power cuts is observed here. There is poor police petrolling in my area which makes me feel unsafe at night.

This is a one of the best locality in this area. With all amenities and facilities for people from various walks of life. Safety is very good in this locality. All the basic amenities are available here here Nature is very Osm.The locality is near Talegaon. The area is now under PMRDA and the most promising area with taluka place. 1km from within walking distance of the Vadgaon railway station.

HERE ARE PETROL THIEFS,Vadgaon Maval is very nice locality. It is peaceful neighborhood and easy access to places such as Potoba temple, Shiv Mandir, Vadgaon and Talegaon railway stations, restaurants, departmental stores, schools and health facilities make this place a perfect location as dormitory township for working professionals, students and retirees alike

Good place to live. Overall not so well developed area but the basic necessities are all available. Along with bus station and railway station it is easy for commutation. Nearby hospital is a bit far but clinics are available at short distances. The area is under development now and yes will become the best in future. The cost of land , houses is low as compared to other places and it is best chance to purchase land now. Also nearby schools are available. Along with it there is good vegetable market to get fresh vegetables.

KK multispeciality hospital, amrut hospital nearby. Good roads quality and connectivity with market place. Groceries stores and shopping palace. No enough parking space nearby market place.

No green parks and water parks. Garbage collection facilities is poor nearby market place and besides the roads. Required some good playground and tennis courts. Footpath not cleaning time to time.
