Negatives
Lack of Amenities:
While T Nagar is a highly commercial and well-developed area, there might a lack of certain luxury amenities in the immediate vicinity compared to mote upscale neighborhoods:
=> calm recreational spaces: while there are some parks the area lacks large, open recreational spaces or community centers that could offer residents more options for leisure and community engagement.

Parking issues:
Parking is one of the biggest challenges in T Nagar
=> The area is densely populated, and with the constant influx of visitors for shopping, parking spaces are often hard to find. the main commercial roads, especially around Rangnathan street, are crowded, making it difficult for residents and shoppers to park their vehicles.

=> Noise pollution: The constant hustle of shoppers, the noise from nearby to noise pollution.
Water Supply and Drainage:
Water Supply: T Nagar generally has good access to water, but in some of the older buildings, there may be occasional water supply disruptions or issues with storage
