A almost quiet and calm residential area with a friendly neighbourhood nature.

Drainage issues occurs during monsoon which leads to temporary water logging in this area. Safety at late night due to poor street light installation for women may be concern in isolated parts of this area. Traffic jams are frequent in this area due to near by Dum Dum Junction and Jessore Road.

If I talk about the locality, it is a very good place for students and work professionals. Rented room, PG, Hostels are very easy to available and affordable. And the it is very near to Metro Station, Railway Station and Bus Stand too.

The downside of this area is the brokerage. If someone wants to live here by renting a room, they may have to pay brokerage fees 99% of the time to find a rental room.

I like this area as it has been developed beautifully, with bus stations nearby and well-maintained roads. It’s an important place with easy access to key locations.

There are a lot of people around in that place, and the area is quite large. The edges of the place are actually a serious concern, and I would want to see that addressed.
