Trafic issue and language issue if you are from out side of south like especially from north india then language problems other wise everything is good.

Little bit off construction near the villas some nuisance and very hard to find workers for room cleaning and every thing

Public buses auto rickshaw available nearby, some groceries stores and d Mart facilities available, educational institution schools colleges facilities available here, electricity supplies well here, public taxi ola uber cabs easily available here.

Garbage not collect regularly basis, streets lights not installed at all public place, water supplies problem facing sometimes, hospital services not available in this area, metro station facilities unavailable here.

Gulmohar Park in Hyderabad is one of the best places I live in, with almost all available amenities nearby. It has a pleasant environment and provides access to park facilities with clean roads throughout Gulmohar Park. I'm happy to live here with my partner.

Regarding the drawbacks, it suffers from significant noise pollution along with air pollution. The roads are congested, and at times we must park our vehicles far away.

Heavy traffic occurs due to software employees traveling through the area, and ongoing construction adds a bit of noise, which can be a minor inconvenience. Overall, it's still a great location!

Lingampally is a very popular place as it is a main stop for all outskirt buses of Hyderabad evrything is very nearby rythu bazar is within 0.5km .we can easily find shopping malls theatres to enjoy our weekend metro is also very near to lingampally many pharmacies ,schools,colleges and parks for walking,swimming pools,even railway station are found there..Perol pumps are available and ola or uber are easily available.All are very nearby to us which makes our living smooth & feasible. No traffic jam as broad roads are constructed.

It is very crowded place it has huge traffic as it is the main stop.Also due to flyover construction it's been creating pollution.The roads have patholes

It's a good and very nice location with green nature. There is a park and grounds to play cricket, football, and other games; there is a club.

Parks are available for kids to play; 2-3 grounds are available for cricket, football, etc. There is a large space to park vehicles.

It is one of the residential neighborhood situated in the north - western region of Hyderabad.Good road connectivity via Mumbai Highway, located close to Gachibowli,BHEL,HITEC City , University of Hyderabad , shilparamam art& craft village,railway station etc.

Heavy traffic towards Serilingampally & Gachibowli and Hyderabad.During rainy days it is difficult to get cab/Uber and its main reason is water logging during rainy days.Need good hospital facilities,playgrounds.
