Some road patches are in poor condition especially during the rainy season And parking can be an issue. Parking is limited near markets garbage collection is inadequate And the drainage system needs improvement.

Hey I am tenant of sector 24 rohini, North Delhi. It is a good place to live. I am here about 2 years and happy to lives here for forever. All the facilities are complete here like very good transportation, metro connectivity at walking distance, nearby market, good environment with greenery and parks, good school or institutes nearby areas, my all works are done here without any disturbance like noise pollution. I am happy with this place to stay for years.

Yes here are some negatives also like some patches of roads are not good fills with water in rainy season, some parking issue also

Nearby rithala metro station, adventure island, maharaja agarsen institute of technology, iskon rohini, sangwan academy located here. Good road quality and metro connectivity. Groceries stores and shopping malls available. Atm facilities available nearby market places.

No enough parking space nearby market places. Road mud not cleaning well time to time nearby market places. Garbage collection facility is poor. Drainage water system is poor. Required some good playgrounds and tennis courts.

It has a peaceful environment along with several green spaces and parks. There are well-established markets and local shops. There are educational institutions nearby as well. It benefits from the good connectivity from other parts of Delhi through good road networks and public transportation like buses and metro. Hospitals and clinical facilities are nearby as well.

Traffic congestion is a big problem in Rohini Sector 24, like in other parts of Delhi. Pollution, especially air quality, is a major health issue. Maintenance of some infrastructures, like public parks, is not up to the mark. First of all the locality is very spacious, Park is present in mid of the society, A Local general store is present inside the campus of the society for daily needs, 24hr Security on gate and in locality. Apart from facilities events organizes on different occassions by society members which is very very joyful. Roads and transport is easily available just outside the society, nearby school present, An outside park is also there on some distance from locality. Overall I can say this locality is Good for living and enjoying healthy and daily life.

Major disappoint is the road, On some area of the locality road become worst inside the campus. Main market is far away but cabs available.

You can find all the basic needs in the nearby areas, like a Hospital, Bank, Market, etc. The metro station is about 2.6 km away. It is undoubtedly the safest area in New Delhi. Also, you can find different modes of Transportation here, like shared autos, city buses, Cabs, etc. However, its environment is also Excellent.

There is a lot of traffic and a crowd. Here, you can find a narrow road. Some are quite difficult to drive and also to park a vehicle. Those that are near the Road create a noise problem.

Well connected area to metro station and good shopping Malls available in the area. Also tere is good Healthcare Infrastructure, like reputed public and private hospital in the area. Nearby police station, school and college available within the radius of 5 kilometre

Frequent traffic jams are the main Disadvantages of this area as there are poor Infrastructure of roads and no such Flyover in the area. Also e Rickshaw are the main reasons for Blockage and traffic on the roads

Sector 24 all over is a good place to reside. Many good schools, hospitals are there. Rithala metro is nearest metto station just 1 km away from here. Transport is good here u can easily get a e-rikshaw, buse, auto, gramin seva auto etc here. Many big malls like more, big bazaar, ambians mall etc are just within 2km distance. Sector 24 Market is very good and u can get everything here. No Water shortage and electricity supply is 24hr. Safrty wise pockets are safe as all have their own guards and gates. Almost 4 to 6 big parks are there in this sector. All over its a best place.

Well if we talk abt negative point police petrolling is not much here so small theft rate is high here like motor theft, bicycle theft etc. Inside pocket sweeping roads is good as they appoint sweeper for this but outside pocket on roads is not very clean as their is no sweepers allowed by govt in this area.
