It is a very good place to live. People are very friendly. Hospitals are within 5 km. Grocery shops and other stores are within walking distance. There are many facilities available. It is safe to travel there at night as well. There is frequent police patrol. Metro stations are a bit far. There are enough parks for children and adults. People living there are very satisfied with the area's safety. A good education system is present. A good school is nearby.

Environmental conditions are poor. Frequent crimes are reported, and cab availability is low. Road conditions are somewhat inadequate. There is an all-day power cut issue. The nearby hospital is about 5 km away; I think it is a bit far, and those hospitals are not very well organized. Connectivity and commuting are poor. Sometimes during summer, there are water shortages.

The parks are clean and well maintained. Additionally, the trees , gardens are nearby at walkable distance. There is no power cut and the water is continuously available. The best part of this locality is there are good spots for spending time with our loved ones. The roads are properly maintained.

The garbage is thrown beside the roads and there are very less street lights in this locality. There is very less parking space for vehicles and the quality of water is not good because some time sand particles are found in the water. It's not good to out at late night because of lack of police patrolling.

There are more number of parks and gardens in this locality . the pollution rate is very less . The market , shopping malls , grocery shops are nearby at walkable distance . The roads not have any hole and damages in this locality . Buses are frequently available .

The street lights are very less and some street lights are not working these lights are not replaced from 4 months . The traffic jams during rainy days and more water storage on the roads during rainy days are the major problems in this locality .

I have been living here for past 10 years and can say it is one of the safest and well known area of dehradun. Everything is very near to this area.

Sometimes there is a power cutoff and the pollution is also very high as it is filled with student hostels. The water supply is also sometimes a problem.

Here the best environment best social scenerio people are familiar and helpful you are also secured in night because petroling by police and also lights on road parks near the home

Dogs are running in night when you go alone to the market dogs rush on you many times polution are basic but in a week 1 days shortage of water probably

The only issue in this locality is day by the trees are cutting in this areas for modernization but this is not a big problem because the are also planting them

The shops any the hospital and school are very near to this location and the collage are very near if this location. The view is very good the electricity cut off is very less in this are good area Beautiful nature and good faculties area

Experience the very heavy traffic due present is main city of dehradun .The infrastructure of road are sometimes becomes strange , leading to slow traffic any congestion Limited public transport

The buses are available within 10 minutes. Additionally, there is no power cut in our locality and the roads are proper. The malls like PVR , SHANTHINI shopping malls are close to our locality. There is very less pollution in this locality and the schools, colleges are very close to this locality.

The parks in our locality are very less and and streets are not properly maintained. There is very less parking space for vehicles and the street lights are broken in most of the places. The street lights are very less in number. Additionally, there is no police patrolling.

The roads are proper and the shopping malls, gym, swimming pool, Grocery store, restaurant, hotel, schools, pubs are located nearby within 2 km radius. There is very less pollution in this locality. The quality of water is also good for drinking and daily activities. The market is 2 km away.

The problem in our locality is about lack of street lights and more dust pollution. The pollution level is increasing day by day because of increasing more construction work. There are more dogs in our locality which cause trouble at night to travel on the roads.

Streets and roads are proper and wide . The water quality is good and there is no problem related to power cut or shortage of water. The malls , film theatre, swimming pool, Grocery store restaurants, garden, pub , medical shops are nearby within 3 km radius.

Market is 5 km away additionally there is no metro connection in this locality. The buses are not frequently available but auto, Cabs are available. There is no police patrolling and very less street lights in this locality so , it's not a good idea to go out at late night.
