Many good multi-speciality hospital available for people, shatabdi smarak park is a good place, girls and boys PG available, drinking water quality is good, ola Uber service is fast,

Sometimes heavy power cutting issue, metro and railway station is far away, area is good but garbage not cleaned properly, some crime cases like robbery, police patrolling is very low,

The Sagunamore is well rooted place, there is many colony are on developing phase and road connectivity are still very better condition metro station work is under process and one metro station is nearby of Sagunamore which is Danapur and nearest railway station is patliputra nearest bus stand Gandhi maidan Patna Public transport is easily available are is much secure there is three Ps around it khagaul , Danapur and Sagunamore

Poor air quality and some slum in there area also and due to construction work heavy noise occuring in this side and some Little bit traffic jam

This locality is one of the fastest-growing areas of Patna. Several apartments, societies, and heights are being built up by several real estate developers. Roads are broader than any average locality, minimum 15 ft, and maximum 50-60 ft. Easy accommodation anyone could get or purchase, whether flats, plots, or houses. Low population area and easy availability of hospitals, schools, shops, and malls. Easy transportation like city buses, auto rickshaw, and ola Uber.

Pollution is very prevalent in this area as this area is still under construction. Heavy vehicles like trucks, tractors run on the roads of the locality in daylight also, creating a sense of insecurity while walking. The sound of heavy vehicles disturbing at midnight. No parks at all, no police patrolling, and theft is highly prevalent. Anti-incumbency is found between the residents and villagers.

I like that there so many best hospital is within 5 km like hi-tek , paras, curis,samay so many hospital and there is so many school like dav,st.karens,mount litera, and many other and so many bank like Bob,boi,sbi, so many place within 5 km . And sbi branch of saguna more open on sunday

I dislike that here drainage system the water over flow and nagar nigam not see that and in saguna more the road has been very poor and so many hospital are there but srevice is not very good and so many bank are in their but service is not good and so many cows and dogs are walking on road and people also park cars on road

A very silent and peaceful place to live in the city of patna.I am living in saguna for more than 2 years.Its really the most beautiful and developing localities of patna.The roads are clean and broad,in the morning you can also go for a cycle walk.All basic amenities like hospitals,school, Colleges and markets are available near by.It is well connected by trains,buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Every grocery, stationry and other shop.

By the way, negative things are not present not so much but we can say something about the cab facilities. You have to wait a long time to have a cab nearby but the auto facilities are present which help you get rid out of the cabs. Everything is good except in monsoon few in colony roads are muddy after rainy season.

Saquna More is very good locality. It is very nice and beautiful locality. All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, colleges and markets are available near by. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.Every basic and necessary facilities are available at this place like shopping malls , every grocery, stationary and other shops. Eco-friendly environment with parks and walking areas to chill are available. Good and reputated schools and hospitals with good infrastructure are available. Every thing which one can need is available between a range of 2 km which makes this place so popular and satisfying place.

Worst food and management.This visit on 17th February 2013 we spoiled our day.If you want to visit this place think 10 times and then book it.this place is located very far off from the city.The condition of the road is very bad.The water is dirty.

A very silent and peaceful place to live in the city of Patna! I am living in Saguna for more than 2 years! It's really the Most Beautiful and developing Localities of Patna! The Roads are clean and broad! In the morning you can also go for a cycle walk...As roads are so much levelled, and pollution-free, that it will make your day! You must have your dream house here!

There are also some negatives in Saguna more locality like It's situated in outside Patna! If you want to go Bus stand from saguna more then you will have to travel approx 20 km, and the traffic will usually take 45 minutes to cover this distance! So this is really a drawback of this locality!

Hospital, school, college, bank, railway station are within 5to 6km. Good transportation system with good connectivity. Shopping complex are within in 5 km. Basically saguna more is in Danapur nizamat constituency lie under the Patna City. Advantages are that new metro connectivity established soon work on it is in progress. Therefore everyone wants to buy land here. International airport is located 5 km from here.

Population is very high. Shortage of land for everyone so everybody cannot buy land here due to high price of land. Footpaths are almost covered by street vendors. Internal colony lane is not too much good. One of the major negative is that there is no any exist point of water if rain 2-3 days continuously then colony and surrounding full with water. Lack of metro connectivity.

The place is very good and nice. People's are very cooperative there. The environment is also good. All facilities are available. Shopping malls are withing 2km range. Availability of good hospitals nearby. You can easily avail cab and auto for your transport. You can reach markets by just walking. They are within walkable distance.

Police don't patrol the area regularly. That's why the security of area is compromised. People have to be aware of the risks of getting robbed. Streets are not very well maintained. You can see so many garbages on the roads. People just throw their waste products on the road not in the dustbin.
