In this locality the Environment is pleasent and the pollution is also very low in this area. There is a frequent police patrolling all night due to this crime is rare in this locality. In nearby thier is very good hospitals the nearest one is Max hospital. Every 10 minutes you get a bus so their is no such problem of public transport.

Due to mountain area thier is risk of animals in night so it is not safe at night. One of the major problem is the markets are not at a walkable distance thier is some shops near this locality but for daily need things you need to go market which are at long distance. Their rain a lot in this locality.

It is a place where ypu can find coaching of competitive exams. So this place is full of students. Easily you can find rooms here for being a tenent. All necessary things shop is there. Even small dhabas and food stalls are also there. Dehradun environment is really good to live. No problem in that

As in DEHRADUN there is Vikram everywhere in the city but you cannot find vikram for karanpur, ypu have to run for like 1 km to be there or you can rent a battery rikshaw. Place is not that hygienic. It is little crowdy also. If youbare a person who want to live peaceful life then this place is not for you.

The thing which I like the most about this locality is I am leaving here from more than 20 years and I can recommend everyone who are looking for a place to live in Rajpur Road here as it contains all the facilities which a medium class family need in his daily routines hospitals, schools, colleges, parking system, clean and hygienic environment ,no water shortage ,No Crime records and its also good for girls at night to walk around or travel from here as there are always some people so you can find comfort. One of the best thing that I like hair is cleanliness and availability of everything you need.

As it is a well posh area people here comes from different place to visit this area as it is mostly famous in Dehradun region so many people who come here from Different cities come by their own vehicle due to this it sometime cause frequent traffic jams and due to many vehicles there it sometime cause to frequent parking issues due to which police chalan there vehicle and as it is the most greenest and hygienic place so vehicles cause pollution due to which environment is also harming there

Clubs, Kids play clubs, schools, major offices, Local markets, wholesale markets, malls, bars & clubs, movie theaters, etc. If you are coming late at night using a train or bus, you would not face the hardship of finding a cab/taxi/ride. You do not need a car if you are living around this area pretty much in your day. Saves time wasted in traffic and also saves fuel. Ideal for parents with young kids. Also, the security is uptight due to this being a VIP road.

Noise, if you are just living close to the main road, otherwise it won't be a bothering one. Vehicle Pollution could be a concern, due to the major businesses being on this road.
