Porvorim, Goa

The pub , shopping malls, gym , swimming pool, Grocery shops , playgrounds are available within 2 km radius. The good hospitals are within 3 km radius. The Market is within 2 km away from this locality. There is no pollution in this area. There are so many parks, gardens within 3 km radius.

There is very less police patrolling in this area. The water quality is not pure and once or twice in a week always water shortage. There is frequently parking issue . There is no metro connection in this area. The availability of Cab , auto are very less .

I am happy to tell you that my location is near the best hospital and pharmacy clinic so if any critical condition would be handed in minimum timing. there is proper cleaning in the hospital and hospital staff is treated patients like family members. All the tablets and injections are available in the hospital as well as clinic. This is very good factor for me.

In my location there is much pollution by vehicle and factories. There are number of factories rus in my locality,big vehicles daily runs which dispose polluted smoke and pollute the environment. There is no cleaning of roads, properly savages disposed of the house is spread on the roads. And no gully made beside the roads. This is a very bad thing.

This locality have great supply for electricity, healthcare, water supply, well developed roads and also many more things. Banks are also available nearby within 3-4 maximum 10 kms in range also malls and cinemas also available food resources and clothing is with great supply here. There are best schools and colleges with lots of cources here. This i my humble review for this locality as i stay here

There is no such dislike for this locality as i stay here except the high amount of traffic with pollution and little amount of greenary. There is sound pollution also as there is a lot of traffic. Sometimes there are accidents also taking place here. Also there is frequent construction leading to more noise pollution.

Very nice location for regular living. Well connected with public roads wide and good roads surrounded by all needed infra like malls, market, public transport, hospitals, malls, night markets and casinos. Right place to peaceful and regular living. Beaches within 20 minutes.Porvorim is located in the Bardez taluka of North Goa. It is known as Goas legislative capital and is situated at around 3 km from the capital city, Panjim. The locality is well developed and is considered an upmarket residential hub.If you stay in porvorim , you can meet all types of people in the community. The Goa Secretariat is in Porvorim. So all your government leaders are within walking distance to solve all your problems in Goa. The School Board of secondary and higher secondary school is located in Porvorim. You are able to meet all your international students and national friends as they travel to the best beaches in Goa which are in the north Goa sector and use that road. You are located high on the plateau and fear of Tsunamis and flooding of rivers wont affect you at all. The surrounding is safe and has their own police stations and its far from railway stations where thieves use to steal and make a fast get away across the borders of Goa before you can report your case ot the Police station. You can just reach to the Mumbai bound ships and Hover crafts within 15 minutes by car. The famous River cruises and Off shore Casinos are also just 15 minutes from Porvorim. Its a highly educated and wealthy people who stay in this are of Goa. One of the best Hotel catering colleges are in Porvorim and its just 30 minutes to Dona Paula tourist spot and even less to see the famous FOrt Aguada prisons. The Goa University is just 45 minutes away once you cross the Mandovi River Bridge. In short its the best place to stay and still be privately enjoying Goan sea breeze and quietness and at the same time be close to the main city spot lights. The Carnival of Goa celebrated in Feb is also just a bridge away from Porvorim.

Too much stray dogs and you won't get bus after 8 at night the party life is a good thing and a bad thing . And the power cuts at night is also a bad thingIt is a place for tourists as there is less hygienic,moreover, the place is for tourists there by no schools are available nearby. less education and poor securno saloon is there… mostly non veg shops are there..metro is far away.. there is a parking issue lack of street lights

In our city the education sector is also weak and bad because the educational sector is not welled for the students and so thrill for them. because of this students used to go in out side of a city for gaining knowledge. and left some government schools which have bad condition because the children come there only meal and left the school silently, in colleges the teachers are not coming regularly didn't pay attention carefully etc. It could also be cured by checking of schools, colleges for welled up of their city.

All facility available here. You must have to choose it . You can stay here with family . Some faculty like bank and shops also available within 3 km area. Look is must and other faculties also available . It's in North in goa, you can also visit all new places from here in goa . This is fabulous place to be live.

Some faculties are not good here. Just like if you want to go anywhere with family, you have to lock your house. There is some time traffick problem . also Many people are comfortable here but some not . If you want to stay in this area then try this . But not all facilities are good here. And some other local issue.

You can find modern residential complexes, shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals, and educational institutions in Porvorim, making it a convenient place to live.In this well-maintained Roads and easy cab availability.

As a rapidly developing area, Porvorim experiences construction activities, which can contribute to noise pollution. During the peak summer months, Porvorim faces water scarcity issues.Porvorim, like many other areas, faces challenges in waste management. Porvorim is known for its heavy traffic.

People are very talkative. The beaches are very beautiful. Pretty sun sets. Good facilities in hotels where we live. No shortage of water. Public transport is very good. No trafic jam held here . And well-maintained roads are the best thing I saw here.

The rent of hotels is very expensive. Many people's lives here are homeless in footpath's. Sometimes I face parking issue . A high population is common.

The natural beauty and the awesome people in Goa are one of the most awesome thing in porvorim . The mall of travancore is also near by at least around 5 km away from my house and u will get good beach view from the place and the local market is also nearby where you will get fresh fruits and vegetables as well fresh fish from the sea the localities are also very friendly

The porvorim,North Goa is a best satisfied and well low polluted. It is the one of the best tourists place also,more over it is completely an eco-friendly places in India too...well enjoyable and relaxing days can be passed. One of the best thing is the beaches and sea shores feels like we are in heaven fully comfortable and thankful places
