Some problems also there,parking space is less and some places garbage and waste collection we can see,footpaths also not clean.some times traffic jam become extreme because of narrow road,and water facilities also very poor ,some days not get efficient and enough water

Agaram is sublocality of perambur, chennai North. I been living here for almost 3 years, it is well maintained residential area. Their are so many good schools and hospitals. Agaram is a least crowded residential area, so here is peaceful to live. Public transportation is mainely focus on buses.

Their is no metro connectivity nearby agaram. It is a small locality so parking issues are sometimes bother us. These are the main issues faced by this locality

The main highlight of this place is good schools and hospitals. The people around that place is so well mannered and friendly behavior. Jawahar nagar is blessed with greenery and filled with fresh air and provides a peaceful atmosphere

Sometimes there will be powercut occrs. Metro's are under construction so we cant access it. We experienced traffic jams in holidays.

The GKM colony area only 6 Kms from Central railway station. The train facilities available in this area. without water logging problems in this area. The large vegetable market and fish market available. Mini bus operated to gkm colony. The temples and schools hospital are nearby area.
