Positives
The area is well maintained the hospital, grocery stores, tution centres, parks, colleges are within 5 km range. Monorail is 10- 15 mins away. The parks are well maintained and are full of greenery. And it is quite easy to book ola uber and even home delivery services people as the locality is easy to find and good so 1 does not have to hassle to make the person understand the area.

The area is going through a lot of construction which is creating huge amount of pollution and not only that there is huge traffic during peak hours which also contribute to it . The condition of the road gets worse during rainy season . Footpaths are encroached by street vendors. Also there is not enough parking space available. It is unsafe to go outside late night ad the street lights don't work sometimes and police patrolling is also poor.
