It's located in the southern part of Mumbai, so connectivity to important and other places in general is really good. also, it's just walking distance away from Lalbaug, so even that becomes a great option in Ganesh Chaturthi season as a place to visit

garbage is sometimes spilt all over because people do not care and throw the garbage dump in a very bad way, spilling it all over

The area is well maintained the hospital, grocery stores, tution centres, parks, colleges are within 5 km range. Monorail is 10- 15 mins away. The parks are well maintained and are full of greenery. And it is quite easy to book ola uber and even home delivery services people as the locality is easy to find and good so 1 does not have to hassle to make the person understand the area.

The area is going through a lot of construction which is creating huge amount of pollution and not only that there is huge traffic during peak hours which also contribute to it . The condition of the road gets worse during rainy season . Footpaths are encroached by street vendors. Also there is not enough parking space available. It is unsafe to go outside late night ad the street lights don't work sometimes and police patrolling is also poor.

Mono rail station is very near .. Best service is available for dadar station which is very convenient for passenger from outside city to go and come in We can also get hospital service to multispeciality hospital like kem tata wadia etc near it shopping mall is near by so shopping is also made easy

Its fair enough to live here if you have a moderate budget .there are very less negatives here because it is very convinient to go from here and there in Mumbai from here ..Marines, Colaba all are near at 20 min travel only... See the society, see your budget see the pros and cons and live here..
