No water problem, pollution fre area , u get access to orr easily . Budget friendly . U have mini malls near by ,nd also wholesale Stores like dmart and metro are located with in 5km . Cabs are available. Mall are limited. U get access to fiber net. Petrol station with in 1.5km. Gyms are available. Plenty of Grocery stores. Good hair salons

Metro is too far , unless parking on roads is not safe , Some times u face water shortage but not every time. No parks for children . higher rents, no ice cream parlour available , restaurants with low ambience . Only double screen theatre is available by Asian. no multipex. No cng has stations nearby.No play grounds. No boutique available. Don't hv access to local trains , far from central railway station and bus station

The climate is very Beautiful here ,with lots of trees and Pollution free .All the Facilities are available here and Old age people can feel free to walk around the roads.Just 10 mins to Suchitra from here.The security is very much good here . If u are looking to stay here this is the best .Even water Availability is good

There's no metro Connectivity and due to many trees theres some problem with mosquitoes in here thats it

The shopping malls are barely available at an 2 km from the area , restaurants and movies halls are also near many international schools and multi-speciality hospitals are at an near distance

The place is getting densely populated over the years and many residential projects are on an roll this creating heavy traffic during prime hours in the morning and evening

The markets at a walkable distance. Grocery shops are within walkable distance. Good schools are nearby. Shared autos and cabs are available any time

There is huge traffic pollution. The roads have potholes. Frequent power cuts and water quality is very poor. No police patrolling in our locality.

I live in Padmanagar phase I .My area is simply great for living and such a peaceful area. Roads are and drainage system was regularly monitored and weekend market is also available here. Schools and temples are also nearby .

Medicals stores is bit far. For groceries also we have to walk little bit far to buy because it is bit far too . sometimes we have to face transport facility.

We have very good environment with good facilities and peaceful place and nearer to main road very big roads and public parks and temples are good

I don't get any negatives I'm living from my childhood
