Area have moderate air quality and noise level which provide peaceful environment for living with limited green spaces.

Area has not that much greenery space compare to others in Hyderabad. For medical facility services available around 5 to 10 km radius which may be concerned to immediate treatment. Traffic can be a bite heavy during peak hours, specially on main road.

Good public transport facilities available here. It's good connectivity with main market place and play grounds. Nearby Rajiv Gandhi airport located here. Road quality is good. GMR aviator academy nearby located.

No good schools and hospitals available nearby. No good green parks and water parks nearby. No well restaurant and hotels nearby. Required good plants and trees besides the road. Air quality is not good.

The area near Rajiv Gandhi Airport has good road quality and connectivity. The GMR Aviator Academy is also nearby. Public transportation is readily available, and the area has good connectivity to main markets, palaces, playgrounds, and tennis courts.

Good plans and trees beside the road are required. There are no healthy restaurants or hotels nearby. However, there are good hospitals and schools nearby, as well as good green parks and water parks.

I have been staying in here for good 5 years now. I would say the area is good for family and bachelor’s. Grocery stores are near by , all essentials stores are in walking distances. All the time you will get autos roaming around in the main road and Inside colony. Cabs and bikes are available all the time not much waiting time. The metro station is just 10mins away. And also there is weekly market so there is no issues of fresh vegetables. You will find a lot of shops for snacks and beverage. Like bakeries and restaurants. For bachelor their are many eateries for breakfast lunch and dinner. The rent is quite affordable comparing to other places.

You will have to travel for to a bus stop for buses. If you want to go clubbing or for some nice dinner then you won’t find it in near by.

It is some what away from traffic, and little bittle peaceful place when compared to others areas of the city..Local Super markets are available at specific distances, Secundrabad, a major area of the city is located very near by so it is easy to access all the transaport services very easily also very good hospitals and big shopping malls are available to us, so owners can get good amount of rents

Traffic can be found at main roads and junction points, for good hospitals people should travel to secundrabad, in area hospitals and schools are very less available, even for good restaurents people should reach near by secundrabad for all the facilities, Public transport to reach many other parts of city will be less availablle and there is metro connectivity to this area, and no proper public parks in the area

It's nice place and safe to go out at night, Restaurants and hotels are open 24hrs. Bank, Atm, Grocery Shops are just 200 to 300 meters and Shopping Mall within 5 km. Autos, Ola and Uber cabs are there always as well as government bus services also available just have to go around 300m to bus stand. Wifi service also available a lot of vendors out there. Park also there there with grass, badminton court, a stage and more things.

A bit more crowd and traffic near bus stand and on main road during the day in night it gets reduced a lot. There are huge garbage bin placed on road ends which is good but no one empty them in proper time intervals.

Grocery shops, shopping malls are very Neary by and u can buy online groceries and vegetables as their service also available. It is safe to go outside at night and there is a police station just 200m away and many restaurants and bakery shops are always open 24hrs. Ola, Uber as well as government bus also available as bus stand is just 100m far and bus comes in every half an hour. Very friendly people u will get whatever room size u want as many options are there in flats, residential house etc.

Traffic is there during day time I u want to go outside by main road otherwise nothing in colony. There are big garbage collecting cans placed but no one empty them in proper time intervals so they overflow garbage around.

Hello so i live in new bowenpally here you enjoy a lot there are many kirana stores at a walkable distance no shortage of water and no electricity cuts and market is also at a walkable distance there are 4-5 beautiful parks where children can play around and also uber and ola are very easily available no problem of communication roads are clean and steady no block roads and damages on roads bus stop are very easily approached yeah.

No there is not a lot of negatives in my society just that metro is far i mean 20 mins to reach for metro and water quality is little poor area is polluted every time

I am reviewing about both sachapuri colony and public sector colony as they are close to each other there have been many changed in this area from before when i came to this area its been 10 years and the hightlight and positive things are: more kirana shops ,atms,clean and healthy society well maintained,all type of transport facilities are avaible at walkable distance,both mousques and temples are avaible many hotels have opened a good place for foodies and occasions , there are two parks available . It is also animal freindly colony . people living here are also well educated and respect eath other. There is sufficient amount of water supply in each house . U can also find a lot of greenary in this area and also military things as it is cantonment area. There is also police station nearby

The negetive things are: no metro facility,there are many small hospital at a short rechable distance but less big hospitals, traffic are quite often not very much on the main road not in colony, super market a bit far away distance.

Literally everything is nearby. Can reach secunderabad train station in 15 minutes maximum, 10 minutes and you'll reach Paradise metro station, Jubilee bus station is 10 minutes away approx. Market at walkable distance twice a week. Hospitals, cafés, hotels, shopping, schools, you name it, everything is at a decent distance.

There's been a lot of increase in traffic in recent days and the fact that the roads were destroyed to install some pipelines does not help. Sometimes the streets are not lit during nights and although it is a safe locality having lit streets gives a sense of reassurance. Parking space really depends on what kind of complex you live in so I cannot say for sure if you will find a good parking space.
