I have lived for one year in Madvi Koliwada, which is a famous marketplace. The biggest marketplace is located nearby. A few shops and hawkers sell various quality items at cheap prices. It is famous for wholesale and retail shop items such as clothing, mobile phones, and food items. Other facilities like banks, ATMs, hotels, schools, mosques, and malls are nearby. There is good connectivity via bus, train, etc. Transport is very good. The rent for houses is very reasonable.
The problems are the overcrowded atmosphere and severe traffic jams in most places in Mumbai. Issues like traffic and parking shortages are frequent, along with a lack of available drinking water and pollution on some streets due to the drainage system. There is also noise pollution.
