I have lived for one year in Madvi Koliwada, which is a famous marketplace. The biggest marketplace is located nearby. A few shops and hawkers sell various quality items at cheap prices. It is famous for wholesale and retail shop items such as clothing, mobile phones, and food items. Other facilities like banks, ATMs, hotels, schools, mosques, and malls are nearby. There is good connectivity via bus, train, etc. Transport is very good. The rent for houses is very reasonable.

The problems are the overcrowded atmosphere and severe traffic jams in most places in Mumbai. Issues like traffic and parking shortages are frequent, along with a lack of available drinking water and pollution on some streets due to the drainage system. There is also noise pollution.

The area as a good place connectivity via bus, taxis, trains. large chunk of peoples. I like is the street food affordable price. good public transports. the house rent affordable prices.

the problem are overcrowded atmosphere place and big traffic jams in most of the locations in Mumbai. problems like traffic and parking space issue are faced here. frequent water shortage drinking water non available. some of the streets polluted due to poor drainage system not clean, unhygienic and water leakage. someone who like the noisy environment.

Living for 3 years and I can say that my money is worth coming to this place. Masjid Bandar is one of the well-known and old markets of south Mumbai with some of the biggest marketplaces located nearby. The area is loaded with shops and hawkers selling various quality items at affordable rates. The market is known for both wholesale and retail shops. Roads are good and well maintained by the municipality. The area is with all the important locations through bus, taxi, train and cab. The nearest railway station is masjid bandar, Sandhurst Road and Byculla Station. The nearest big markets are Dongri, Nalbazar, Kalbadevi and Jhaveri Bazar. Other basic amenities like hospitals, banks, ATMs, schools, colleges, Mandir, Masjid etc are located nearby. The houses are also available at affordable rates for tenants as well as someone who is planning to buy.

The area is very crowded and noisy. Problems like traffic and parking issues are frequently faced here. Some of the streets also get polluted due to poor drainage system and water leakage.

Masjid Bandar is a famous market place which is well known in South Mumbai. Roads are well build and well maintained by the municipality. The location is well connected with bus, train, cab, taxi etc. The station name 'masjid' and other nearest stations are Sandhurst road and CST. Hospitals, banks, ATM, restaurants, market, malls, school, college are located nearby. The best highlight of the place is the market with wide variety of retail and wholesale shops. You will everything you are looking for. The other nearest big markets are kalbadevi, dongri, chinch bundar and Manish market. The street food is also good and affordable along with snacks and sweet shops. Streets are fully lit at night and safety is also assured. The house rent here is also affordable which is between 15000 to 20000 rupees and may vary as per your requirements.

The problems which i faced and dislike about the place is frequent overcrowding and traffic jam. I am sure this is usually the problem which is common in most of the locations in Mumbai. Untimely water shortage is another issue which is i frequently faced.

Other facilities like banks, ATM, school, hospital,colleges, temple, masjid, malls etc are nearby. Roads are well connected and well maintained. Some steps are also taken for cleanliness and hygiene by putting a fine charges for spitting or spreading garbage near the station. Apart from these things one thing which I like is the street food Which is not only tasty but affordable as well. Large chunk of people do there daily breakfast near the station. Other major markets which are nearby is chinchbunder, Manish market, kalbadevi, bumbadevi and dongri.

The overcrowded atmosphere is something which i don't like. Since i am living here for almost 10 years I got use to it. But someone who don't like the noisy environment will not like the location and would try escape from the hustle bustle.

I am a former resident of this place and i left masjid bunder almost 1year ago and shifted to Thane due to my office location. It's a decent place to go if you are looking for a good option for a temporary or permanent living. All the facilities like railway station, bus stop, hospital, schools, colleges, restaurants, mandir, masjid etc are nearby. Roads are well maintained and transportation facility is great. Masjid bunder is mostly famous for it's bazaar with full of versatility. Different kinds of shops with variety of options are present. Street food is also pretty good hear within affordable rate. You would hardly face a difficulty in not getting anything you need here. Street lights are always on at night with well maintained roads. House rent here is also pretty decent and affordable which is around 10000 rupees to 15000 monthly.

Frequent traffic jam is a big concern. Another things which is not good about this place is the hygiene. Some of the street are always dirty with bad drainage system. This create a bad odour and eventually can make people sick. In addition i also faced some water shortage problem when i use to live there. I spent days drinking package water due to non availability of water.

The locality is good with all facilities available for a good living. I use to live there when I was doing a job nearby. Taxi, station, bus stops , schools are near at a walking distance. The best quality which I found about the place is the availability of the market. The market near masjid station is huge which can easily fulfill every bit of your requirements. Everything is easily available whether it is about food or any household material. Temple and hospitals are also near and easily reachable via well connected and well maintained roads. The house rent here varies according to our needs which ranges between 10000 to 20000 or more if you want any extra facilities.

Nothing much but something which i didn't like or hate about the place is huge traffic and less parking space which I guess is obvious near a huge market place. But I faced lot of problems when I use to get late for my office and the because of the traffic I hardly managed to reach my office on time.

Masjid Bandar is a place where you will get everything in a retail or hold sale at a lower prices it is a very big market it also it mainly has wholesale and retail shops but also have some residential area there is a washroom available in masjid bunder. The place is a proper market water is available all the time

YouTube the place being a market that is a lot of crowd if you visit the place in afternoon the place is very crowd you cannot move your vehicle out and the conditions of the road is not that good and the size of the road is very small and the many many shops which makes it chaotic since being a market area it is very difficult to find a cab

Masjid bunder is a place where I spend half of my life. Masjid bunder is also considered as one of the crowded area in South Mumbai. The area has good transportation facilities. The roads are well maintained and gets repaired on regular basis. Station, school, college, hospital, temples and market is nearby. The thing that makes masjid bunder more special is the market with variety. The area is full of small to big shops of each and every category where all the day to day commodity is available at cheap rate. The house rent is also affordable. An average rent of 1 bhk flat is around 10-15k.

The thing which i don't like is the hygiene of the area. The area near masjid station is always found to be uncleaned and unhygienic. Some areas also has bar drainage system due to which the drainage water starts to leak. Although this problem is only found in some selected areas. Traffic jam is also an issue which is regularly faced. Specially in the evening time the main routes gets to much busy.

Phrases here for all the products very cheap. Recently there was a new hotel Apex regency which is very everything is easily available. There are two Jain temples here temples of adinath Bhagwan another one is Ananth Bhagwan road condition there are lights on the street station is very near.

Due to lot of shops there is traffic cabbage not easily available it is not safe at night the condition of roads is not that good there are lots of eateries
