Masjid banda might be a future software hub,it is near to Nehru outer ring road. In the area the traffic is moderate. Many appartments are available here you can easily find a flat to stay here. Better water supply is available. Moderate power cuts. The temperature in the area is not so High. And very low pollution compared to other areas in Hyderabad. And has good amount of trees. Average amount of gossery stores are available. It has good roads and very clean. It also has cab and online food delivery features.

Masjid banda is a rough area, may or may not be secure at nights. Not much police patrolling. Hence the security in this area is not so High. There are no shoping malls available in this area you need to go to Kukatpally to vist shoping malls. It has some narrow streets. The medical facilities are very low. Not very big hospitals are available. Education facilities are aslo limited in this area. Very few good restaurants are available. Very few supermarkets are available.

The locality is in IT hub of Hyderabad and is situated in the fastest growing and developing part of the city.It is near to a international standard school ie Chirec international, shopping malls and market are in walking distance. It has good security around and is safe for ladies and kids and is well connected through public transport,cabs and roads. It is near to a cycle track, useful for cycling,a botonical garden and we'll spread out food joints. This appartment is located in green locality with walking paths , parks and cold natural surroundings.

Due to some road work going on which is temporary roads jams happens occasionally.

Nice location and area which is nearer to my office i can go to my office with in 5 minutes through the vehicle and public transportation is also available at every time And we can get the groceries and vegetables all at one place with so many shop's are present in this area.

All the time the street dogs will be wandering around the streets which is causing discomfort to the people while walking in the streets and the government is not implemented any action to shift the stray dogs which will be dangerous to the public.

Though old area, but now all the things are changing up most of the buildings are coming as new apartments super markets like vijetha is walkable , Grocery shops are available all the way but no government buses will be available for commute

No public transport you will have to depend on Shared autos or cabs , Bit Mass area very less police patrolling , Roads need to develop because of the construction sites
