Municipality communication is good in case any disturbance.Metro ,bus and auto all are available. Child Care hospital is great and affordable for child care.

Phoolbagan is too crowded and noisy. Traffic congestion is a big issue and roads can be narrow. There are not many green spaces or parks nearby. The hospital area is polluted with biowaste; garbage collection is very poor.

It's a well developed and nice place with nursing homes, parks, hospitals, schools, markets, a post office, banks, and a metro station all within 5 to 6 km. Grocery shops are within walking distance, and vehicles are available 24 hours a day. There are also plenty of street lights in the area for safety.
