Tilak Nagar
Positives
Tilak Nagar, 4th T Block East, located near Jayanagar and Bannerghatta Road, is one of the most appealing localities in South Bangalore. The area offers a peaceful residential vibe, with well-planned streets and a perfect mix of independent houses, villas, and modern apartments. I love the serenity of the neighborhood, which is further enhanced by its tree-lined roads and community-friendly atmosphere.
Negatives
One of the main issues is traffic congestion, particularly during peak hours. Due to its proximity to Bannerghatta Road and Jayanagar, the area often experiences heavy traffic, making commuting time-consuming and stressful. The narrow internal roads in some parts of the locality can exacerbate this problem, especially during surges in vehicular movement.

5/5 stars
Negatives
Jayanagar has its drawbacks. Traffic congestion is a major issue, especially during peak hours. The area's narrow roads can become clogged, making commute times longer.
Parking is also a challenge, with limited options available. Noise pollution is another concern, with sounds from traffic, construction, and commercial activities.
Additionally, Jayanagar's popularity has driven up property prices, making it less affordable for some buyers. The area's limited availability of new properties can also make it difficult for buyers to find modern amenities.
2/5 stars.
