This is a welmy tank community with excellent nearby amenities Good restaurants around the area with a bus stop just two minutes away And the true station 15 minutes from the society A hospital is located 10 minutes away The roads are wildcat, and there are good schools in the vicinity I was rare and the area is clean and high jump Security is provided. 24/7 and Playground nearby there's no water shortage Power cuts are non existent and monkeys are within walking distance.

The cost or emi of the property is to college students or backlash The nearby roads contributes to a better known which might be a concern if you have elderly family members Additionally, the security is lackiing in the parking area all day

The area has good public transport system like cabs shared riksha and buses, which is easily accessible from here. It has basic necessary amenities like markets good schools nearby. The roads of the area is well maintained and very smooth while commuting. Metro connectivity is very close.

The area is between crowded and busy during peak hours. On such times traffic congestion increases with slow the commuting also this very difficult to find parking spaces on such time which can be a lot of frustration. There is a need of police patrolling at least two times a day.

I am sushant. I live in this society . In this society health care facility is excellent but the metro is very far from our society and the Good Schools are very nearby from our society and the road conditions are not very much good but ok also in our society has one park and one playground our park are very well maintain and playground is also. In our playground every Sunday organized cricket match . And i am also a Student.

I have no more negative words about my society but some I write which I rarely fell. In nearby roads sometimes getting traffic and also markets for buying grocery we have to go far at 1 km distance and also the water is getting storage problem is very high. And finally I have now words thanks.

From my locality all the transport facilities are available. There is a very good transpost system. No traffic jam is easily seen here. Traffic police provide us a great service. They are very helpfull. Reputated schools are just 5mins away. Thwre are many markets available at a walkable distance. This area is completely free from power cuts. There are many arks over here so pollution is controlled very easily. Frequent police patrolling is done at night for our safelty.

Sometimes there are theifs that are not controlled by the police and robbery is done. Some areas are having very poor people who cant eat and the local people are not very helpfull about them. Some people of this licality use slangs for there daily conversations.

The place is very decent and looks upper middle class. This is a good place for a family residence because all the nearby tenants are also similar, their behaviour is also really good. The building is located nearby main road so there is hassle for any commute cabs and buses are easily available. I really liked how all the society has made a group together and lives happily.

The cost or EMI of the property is a little high so college students or bachelors are not very fond of the place. The nearby road makes the society a bit noisy and should be avoided if you have elderly people in the family. The security is not very good because I've seen people who don't live here also come and sit in the parking for whole day.

It is a very well maintained society with good restaurants around it, bus stop is 2 mins distance, metro 15 mins, hospital 10mins, Well maintained roads, Good schools nearby, Rare crimes reported, clean and hygenic, 24hrs security, Play ground nearby, No water shortage, There are no power cuts ever, Markets available at a walking distance

Lots of pollution in the area, Very humid, Dirty streets and surrounding, very dim lit streets, Narrow lanes making difficult for big vehicles, very expensive area, Electricity bill too high for middle class family

During heavy rains water logging takes place.It's a Stand alone building.Big daily market viz. Jadavpur or lake garden are little away.

It really looks beautiful and fresh at dawn.There is no smoke and noise.Weather is very nice.There are multiple parks and there are a lot of facilities including roads are clean, bank are nearby in my locality

Sometimes there are frequent parking issues the footpaths are also encroached by street vendors there are no such things which anyone may not like about this society
