The only issue is that cleanliness is poor in this area. In the middle of Ghansoli, a wastewater canal runs through, and it continuously emits a bad odor. The charges for staying in Ghansoli are a bit high. Electricity problems are also experienced in the summer.

The area having good connectivity to the other part of the city by road and metro, Aslo affordable public transport like many buses are available for daily commute, many private sector Corporate offices are nearby many bachelors come here for job,and also flats at reasonable price is available. The roads are well maintained and well lit at night, Some really good hospitals are available nearby though some of them are really expensive. All small Stores for necessity are at walking distance. with few parks and shopping mall in the area it is a good place for living

Some frequent crimes are reported in Last year with in the area, Some time it is unsafe at road at late night specially for girls. Frequent traffic jams and parking issues can be seen in peak office hours. Area is full of air pollution better to keep a air purifier at home.

my locality is having all the necessary facilities whatever required for a family. The best schools are available here for the education of our children. Roads are very well connected from our location to all the places. Hospitals with the best healthcare facilities are available here. We get 24 hours of electricity supply. Cabs and Auto are available whenever we want to travel.

as such, we don’t face any big problems in our area. Some of the times we may face the parking issues, but we can manage it by ourselves. Rest of the things are best here.

Good place nice development and hospital, banks , garden, shopping malls with in 10 Kilometers and Ghansoli railway station by walk with in 5 to 10 minutes away and groceries mall aur market 2 3 minutes walking distance and ola uber is easily available.

No metro connectivity and garden facilities are not good footh path ate not clean and footh path encourages by streets vendor's aur dust pollution is major issue.

Ghansoli railway station on Barbour line provides swift connectivity. The Mumbai International airport is around25 mnts. It is a popular suburb of Navi Mumbai due to its strategic location and accessibility and you can see recently built sky scrappers. It is a clean place. It is just 5 minutes walk from Ghansoli and Rabale station. And 15-20 minutes away from Vashi. Close proximity to Thane Belapur road. There are some other places to see like palm beach road at 5 minutes walking distance. Easy for booking cab or ola. It is closed to Ghansoli station near from Reliance corporate ,IT parks MNC. Everything available within 3 kms radius like schools,hospitals,malls,colleges,banks,ATMs. 24 hours bus availability. From Ghansoli ,Thane is just 11kms away. Vashi is very near just 6 kms away with a direct bus facilities available every15 minutes. It is well connected to other part of the city. Koparkhairne is 20 minutes walk from this place. Ghansoli is one of the nodes of Navi Mumbai comprising approximate 3000 flats developed by CIDCO.

Ghansoli has been experiencing water issues and electricity issues frequently. Lack of scheduled water supply. This place is very much expensive. This place is not safe for girls going outside at night. The population of this locality is growing. Due to construction works the environment get started polluted especially the air . Lack of forest.

As it is a planned City, it is well connected by roads. I live in sector 1 which is near highway. Local transport is there, buses as well as local trains. Less pollution, less populated. The shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, hospitals, cafes, restaurants, hotels are within 2 km area. Ghansoli station (local train) is at 10 minutes walking distance. Roads are properly lit at night. Every single road is cleaned twice every day. Public transport is good, there are buses and autos at regular intervals, also OLA/UBER private cabs services are also available easily.

Water quality is a little poor. Garbage disposal van comes very late every day and the system of garbage collection is not so good. Places with water are polluted. Frequently power cuts issues on weekly basis in the rural areas of Ghansoli, places which are far away from the station area. Hospitals are few.
