DLF Phase 5, Gurgaon

Dlf phase 5 is home to some of Gurgaon's most luxurious residential complexes, including high-end condominiums, villas and penthouses. It is strategically located along the golf course road, which is the most prestigious address in Gurgaon.

It is one of the most expensive residential areas in Gurgaon, with property prices and rental rates among the highest in the city.

I have been living here since 2015. I have seen exponential development here; there are so many builder floors, and people from all across the country live here. It is well connected with public transport and a metro station. I moved into my 4 BHK builder floor in 2016, and the majority of the houses are made up of good quality material.

There are many plot land which is empty and no construction is made here. So people dispose their garbage here. There are many parks in the locality but none of them is big enough to support the playing of outdoor games like cricket and football so a specific playground is much needed and the cleaning of the empty plots is much needed.

3 bhk and 4 bhk flats are available for rent and purchase which can be fully furnished and unfurnished as per your requirement. Society is very well maintained and clean. Grocery shops are also present inside the society and they can deliver the stuff at home also. Water and electricity supply are available 24*7. Connectivity is very good here as you can get metro as well as public transport anytime.

Issue here is the air quality which is not very good. Mostly the AQI of the location is around 300 which is very poor. Drains get clogged even with little rain and roads get flooded with water. Otherwise I find the society good to live.

DLF is one of the greatest players in the real estate market in Gurugram, DLF phase 5 is well connected with Sector 53, 54 Rapid Metro which is connected to Delhi metro at Siakndarpur metro station. There are a lot of newly build independent floors with spacious rooms and fully furnishes and modular kitchens like the one I bought from Vardaan Associates a few months back. There are a lot of parks and the roads are wider.

There are negligible dislikes in this society some of which I will mention for you. Air pollution falls in the range of Poor to Very Poor AQI 250 is commonly seen on my mobile phone. During heavy rain, you will suffer heavy pain in commuting even 1 kilometre, and water clogging is a serious issue here as drain water can get into your car.

the area is easily accessible via metro, cab. the roads are wide with street lighting and ample parking space. The electricity is 24x7 with occasional outages. the water is neat and clean. the grocery store is nearby and they even deliver at home. The community park is neat and clean. the locality is safe for women. the society is guards at the entrance who look after the entry and exit

the air polution is common problem in area if you have COPD issue i would definitely not recommend you the locality. The water is clean but for washing purposes only. you need a purifier for drinking purposes

I dont thinks so there is any negative point but ya markets are little far for my house in phase 5 and almost everything is complete electricity is also good no power cuts on regular basis but power comes ocassionaly

Awesome and very expensive locality i am a commercial pilot and i lived here over 2 years and it has great things nearby especially my life airport and lovely restaurant American italian middle eastern and international hospital like Fortis memorial research institute is Also with in 10km thanks Regards Captain kunal(Indigo airlines)

This society has good connectivity. The bus stand is within 500m. Shopping malls,Banks,Schools are within 2km. Metro is within 10 minutes. Roads inside the society is well builted. Also the sevrage system us very good. The only problem in this society is footpaths are encroached by street vendors. There is not enough parking space. There is huge traffic during peak hours, which causes a lot of pollution. Also in peak hours frequents power cuts are common

Locality is good based on my opinion. Greenery is around society. It is located in middle of the city so you can connect with the city.

I think most dislike thing about the society is the no metro connectivity. Which is important thing. And second thing is market are far away from society.

The location is very good. Good connectivity. The security is available with a double check. One from Gurgaon police other is dlf security.

The local market is not available nearby. There is no park available nearby. Only society garden is there in each society.

Good environment and a good place to stay as people here are good, green surroundings and well maintained roads there is metro also and good schools are nearby

No dislikes about this place as it is one of the most prestigious environments in delhi ncr the quality is good
