I am an resident of gowalkot bypass road i like it very much the most thing that I like is the greenary it's full of greenary also the network connectivity is awesome the people here are very friendly along with the roads are very developed overall it's an good amazing experience here there is plenty of space for playing there are many grounds were we can openly play there is ample parking space and is safe at night the place mostly clean

Somethimes there's piwercuts on Mondays and there is no transport facility available at night there are no fuel statons nearby recently the bridge besides us has collapsed due to the recent floods so the road is blocked for small work we have to take an big road there are many street lights but sometimes the are not on there's poor police patroling and there are no parks the parks are very far

Chiplun is part of Konkan which is known for its beautiful environment and greenary.no pollution around, the train station is about 30 min from your home depends where you live. There are two parts of chiplun first one is the city and second are the old villages. In the city all network sources are available but in the village there is only one network source is BSSL. There are hospitals around within walking distance, in the villages also. The parking space is sufficient. There are lots of dams and rivers and lakes around walking distance and lots of small and big waterfalls they are absolutely gorgeous. You'll get to see a lot of different animals and pigeons and their culture. The education system has been improved there are Schools nearby for students and colleges also. Grocery shops are nearby and the vegetable market is also within walking distance and all the vegetables are fresh. There is a walkout fort which is one of the tourist attractions.

The public transport is poor, there are buses on every one hour which sometimes delays due to rain. The network is not that strong in the village areas and the service is also poor. The condition of the roads are terrible in the village areas and aslo In the city. There are no street lights in the night it's all blank out.

My place chiplun is very good it has good transportation facilities , good education facilities,good availability of water , public transportation is very good , there are employment opportunities in lote MIDC in chiplun ,various schools are there which are convent with fluent English , there are not many powercuts electricity is good , there is no shortage of water and as well very less polution , there are various parks which are developed most of the facilities are provided in chiplun

There are transport facilities but technology is not developed such as ola and uber if we need urgent cab we need to search for it , there are not many public toilets in most places there are litter on the roads , many roads are not created properly there are pits on the road , in MIDC areas there is more pollution , there are no parking places it is a lot of disturbance in market areas

Religious city full of mountains and trees.I like the area because it is a hilly area.There are good travelling options available. Railway station which I love too much.Cool environment. Best for tourists to come with their family in winter and enjoy.Good amount of parks. You will found temples all around as it is a religious city

I felt like disgusting during travel because the roads were pot with holes and cracks.At night I got a feeling of insecurity. Because there is utter silence all around at night.People are not educated and so they dont help each other.There are hotels but I felt like the workers did not know hotel management.Light issues

Hi All, I am living in Chiplun from the past 16 years. In terms of nature this city is god gifted. The Vashisthi River flows from the middle of the city and it truly is the main attraction of the developing city. Also Chiplun has lot of lod temples like Gandhareshwar temple and Vindyavasini temple and Bhairi Bhawani Temple and many more. Connectivity - The city is well connected to Mumbai and Goa by Rail as well as by Road. From Mumbai it is approx. 250 Km and from Goa also it is around 250 KM. Public Transport - You can use ST bus or Auto to travel around d the city and it is not much costly to travel. Final words - The city Is one of the must visit kind in a lifetime for the simple minded people also if you come in may month you can have a taste of sweet mangoes.

Amazing environment, it feels just living in heaven. The nature's beauty is fabulous. No water shortage, as this place gets most rain and good water supply. Christ jyoti convent high school is the best school available and also many other marathi and english school options available.

(1) You can face parking issues because of lack of Parking space in market. (2) There are often traffic jams in market and other habitual places. (3) The hospitals here are not good and also lack in number.

The hospitals and shopping malls and banks are within 5km . Grocery shops are really close just like walking distance.it is always safe when you walk in late-night all roads are safe.

There is a lot of flood problem at the time of rain. Lots of traffic in the peak hours causes pollution. frequent power cuts issue. voltage is low in the rainy season.less buses in the village area.little hygiene issue is there. Bazar market quality is poor.

The neighbourhood is a very good and developing region. There are a few transport system like roads and railways. It has a good public transport system, especially buses. The natural surrounding is very serene and beautiful. There are many temples.

The roads are not so well maintained by the government agencies. Power failure takes place sometimes. The area is developing so there are no big shopping centres except the local weekly market.
