Chhatikara road is main road to enter in Vrindavan. It is well maintained, wide two way, four lane road. All prime tourism/spiritual spots are situated on this road. At the entry side from the Delhi-Agra national highway first place to visit is Mata Vaishno Devi Dham, this USP of this temple is sky scrapper statue of Maa Durga sitting on her lion and Statue of Shri Hanuman. Next is Priyakant ju (Lotus) temple. Next is world's highest Chandrodaya mandir (under construction) , next is famous Prem Mandir, Iskon Temple and most visited Banke Bihari temple. This road is rich with market, mall, amusement park, hospitals, hotels, and other residential and commercial properties. Chhatikara road is to remain main road to visit Vrindavan, from the Delhi-Agra national highway.

During the peak of festivals this road loaded with heavy traffic. In those days parking becomes main issue as people from all around the cities regularly visit here. To overcome from this issue many govt. supported and private parking areas are developed. Multilevel parking is also operational near Rukmani Vihar.

There is not traffic any where. There is some parks for children. There is not scarcity of water. There is many shops. We can buy something easily. There is not problem for transportation.

There is so problem for electricity. There is too much pollution. There is problem good restaurant. There is poor road condition. There is no school nearby.

Owner is very friendly in Nature ,They can negotiate rent as per your conditions. All the temples are just 2-5 km from this location. It's connected with Bus Stand and Railway station so there is no inconvenience to tenants .

It's just a small Town no that big city like Delhi ,Mumbai.the people are so friendly they can make you friends easily.

There is a very good road from Chhatikara to Vrindavan and there are lights on the road, on the same road there is a temple of Vansano Dedi and Prem Mandir, Kamal Mandir, Hotel and Park.

There is no shortage, everything is good, this road temple is very beautiful and it is a tourist area.
