Comparative lower property prices and rental make it attractive options for people like us (middle class). Strong sense of community with many residents from Bengali and other cultural backgrounds. Nearby markets are panihati, sreerampur market, presence of good schools and well maintained medical facilities by panihati State General Hospital. Presence of parks and green area like panihati park and Sahib colony park. Historical significance due to its proximity to the panihati Chhota Rasbari, a famous Iskcon temple.

Due to Narrow internal roads occur frequent traffic jams. Insufficient parking spaces. Occasional water scarcity problems occur here. In lack of street light in some specific location. Due to dense population public transport is overloaded need more buses on specific bus route. Frequent power outage during summers and due to heavy rainfall water lodging problems occur.

The space is well maintained hygienic, and spotless. street lights are present and the roadways have been thoroughly cleaned. peaceful environment and green and serenely atmosphere, away City's hustle activities. All necessary amenities are in reachable distance, and basic services like schools, hospitals, recreational parks, banks and market available here. modernisation has made the lifestyle excellent.
