Positives
Rickshaw stand is located within 200 metres , near Hanuman mandir , schools, colleges and hospital ,etc . It is very safe to walk alone on night and the air quality is clear because Chowpatty is near . You will find food stalls, clothing shop, salon mostly every building . There is a big playgroud and a beautiful garden for kids and elders to enjoy and spent some time .

Traffics on the road and and very less parking space available. During evening time , you will find traffic jams in the road due to street vegetables and fruits seller. In our locality there is huge water shortage during summer. Cleanliness is not maintained there

Despite being encircled by other structures, the location is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The community is friendly and welcoming. There are schools, hospitals and grocery store all within reach by foot. There is plenty of open space. The Sai temple is located near the area. Numerous trees are planted around the area, helping to keep the surrounding cool.

Water scarcity is a minor issue here. It is manageable if the water is stored in elevated tanks. occasional water blockages on the ground floor during heavy rainfall have been addressed by the community to reduce their impact. Traffic congestion is a common issue around here because of the office workers in the mornings and evenings. Parking is also challenge in the streets.

In my area, there is a market that is just a short walk from where I live, and it is where we all go to buy our daily necessities. Besides the market, there is also a hospital, mall, college, schools, and parks all within a short kilometre walk. The nearest train station is also accessible in short radius, the police station is just a short distance away and it is very well placed.

The public transportation system is excellent, with the station accessible in just 10 minutes by foot. The only exception is the banks and hospitals, which are all within walking distance. The neighbourhood boasts excellent educational institutions within couple of kilometre radius. There is an abundance of medical facilities including emergency services. The area is less densely populated, ensuring it's not overly congested, and there is plenty of parking available. The parks for relaxation is just a kilometre away from this place. Power outages are rare too.

The roads tend to become congested with vegetable sellers in the evenings. There are some narrow pathways, which can cause traffic jams if two large vehicles are approaching each other. Traffic in the evening and morning is always heavy because of the office hours.

Jesal Park is a beautiful community, boasting it's on Central area just a show walk from the industrial zone, where activities are just a two-minute stroll from the railway station. Incredibly convenient to access any area of Mumbai from this place. The society is well maintained, and the public transportation options are also excellent, allowing residents to easily travel to both the east and west sides of Bandra.

The presence of numerous and unclean areas which pose serious health risks. Especially to young children and the elderly will affect the health issues pritty fastly. The local government seem to lack initiative in keeping the area clean. During the rainy season, the condition of the roads is deplorable, leading to a spike in accidents from the beginning of rainy period, due to the poor road condition.

Everything is within reach, including a mall, bank, small grocery store, hospital, medical shop, train station and various transportation options. It is convenient, secure, and suitable for everyone at night. There is a police station cross by which added to the safety mode high. Cleanliness and sanitation facilities are good around here.
