The best quality of this locality is peaceful and it is has a community people live here are responsible and they follow rules .the higher authorities are very strict about the illigal contructions .this colony has a good availabity of scools shopping malls around 10km radius .well developed and can find greenary every every where

no proper parking are present in the colony and we cannot prank vehicles where ever we want in old contruction homes parking availability is very less and the cost of living is more .after 10 0clock the availabity of shops is very less in the locality .due to contruction there most dust which we cannot see .
