Sector 37 in Noida is a well-established residential catchment located along Captain Vijayant Thapar Marg, which connects the Sector with Noida Bypass Flyover and Maharaja Agrasen Marg. The locality adjoins the famous Noida Golf Course towards the south-east and is served by the Blue and Magenta Lines of the Delhi Metro. Sectors 74-79

The belt is not only close to the heart of the city but also to the employment hubs, such as 62, 63, 127, and 132. These are all located within 7-10 km of this stretch. Additionally, the belt of 74-79 also enjoys proximity to the micro-markets of Central Noida, such as Sectors 26, 27, 39, 50, and 51.
The National Highway (NH-24), which connects Delhi to Noida, is approximately nine km away.
