    It is a good community, the location is in the center of the main New Ranip area, school/garden/hospital well connected. Enough open space, three gardens, good festival Celebration, well managed.

    Positives
    It's a good society having three gardens with good sitting arrangement for old peoples. Also now they have arranged my gate application for guests or an unknown person. it also facilitates CCTV cameras on my gates as well as in every block too. the cleaning is also maintained day today. the lifts are also clean every day. And the maintenance is also minimal for everyone. the festivals are celebrated very joyfully even visitors came to watch our festival and also have a temple in the main garden

    It is a gated community so outsiders are not given entry without been registered by guards and there are parks and open space provided but the society is very congested and a little bit old.
