I used to stay in Magarpatta and it was a delight when my parents baught it about 17 years back , but then over a period of time the crowd of the place and the quality of life just kept declining with finally no hope of it getting better. The maintainance isn't also up to date . Which is why I decided to take a flat in amanora parktown , nearby itself and I couldn't be more happy with the crowd , construction, maintenance and other amenities.

The society has nice facilities and for holi there is 2 water tanks in the parks for kids to use and it also has 24/7 water supply electricity and other stuff the buildings are excellent and I bet the price is quite reasonable
